Welcome...

As of 10/29/11, the INPG has a new site and the old site is not needed, nevertheless, the new site is nearly word for word of what I typed on the old site (indianapatriotguard.org).  Their new site was bought by badillo about three days after I resigned but that was never relayed to me nor did they even ask to keep the old site up until they got their site running, although I did and told them that I would keep it up until some arrangements were made but they had no plan on using the old site but have led everyone to think they did as everyone was led to believe I was the one at fault - read the below emails and even ask the board member that is listed and draw your own conclusions.

The web site issue was ignored by the INPGR, Inc. board.

Why would someone donate money to a non-profit that just sits on the money and does not use it for its intended mission? (rhetorical of course). The non-profit in question has sat on over $25,000 since 2012 in their banking account and they are suppose to be helping veterans. I suppose no IN vets are in need. They also refuse to even reply to my requests for their 990 since 2014.

It is time to file complaints. Yes I will. Being a member of a group and giving no concern to it's legal responsibilities is doing a disservice to that group. The IRS requires due diligence but we'll see if the IRS will do anything and I doubt if they will BUT MY QUESTION remains - Why would someone donate money to such an organization?????

I will be filing a State and Federal IRS complaint against that organization (Indiana Patriot Guard Riders, Inc.) if still no response to three emails (one to the Secretary and two to the President) to the Directors is not answered by June 1, 2016.

INPGR, Inc. 2012 990 filing is revealing. The numbers speak for themselves. Over 50% of monies spent went for Office Expenses. Do you see any money spent on veterans? Possibly a little, maybe 18% of a total expenditure of over $26,000 but again mostly the INPGR spent the money on itself. Maybe new leaders or certainly give thought to where you donate your money. Updates:

The person I said months ago that would be put on the board, angel's drinking buddy, was in fact put on the INPGR, Inc. Board on 11/20/11 and that is hodge. The very same guy that says the INPGR should only do KIA funerals and even tried starting his own pgr in Brownsburg because he couldn't have it his way. He also believes there shouldn't be a store (he demonstrated that by tearing off his INPG logo patch and sending it along with an anonymous letter to the then SC (me) stating that we should only be doing KIAs among other things about me) but I never did figure out how the group was going to support its goals without some financing nor has he ever given an alternative. But no surprise as he along with angel and coleman were always back stabbing and blocking actions of the last SC for years. coleman who has now been the SC for about 3 months was also given an outstanding award plaque. maybe it is about coleman and not the military.

I now hear a rumor that the reason the web site (indianapatriotguard.org) wasn't given to the INPGR, Inc. is because I held it hostage to be the SC. I can't even imagine how anyone with any logic or reasoning powers can do anything but laugh at that. I resigned the SC job and had planned on doing so in 2012 - it was just not at the time that I would have liked. The emails above are accurate and they can be confirmed with Mike Venne, who at present is the only Board Director with any credibility, my opinion.

The INPGR, Inc. is still using my personally owned email, my social security number and other personal information on their PayPal account. I have no access to that account and haven't had any since the day after I resigned. It has been nearly six months since I resigned. So......I contacted the INPGR, Inc. board and badillo asked a third party (and he is a very trusted and credible person) to take care of it. Apparently it would have never been addressed if I hadn't said anything but badillo does have his title. Another example of leading and BTW, the INPGR, Inc. board was created to handle financial issues and as I don't have much concern about who was asked to take care of it (except shouldn't the board president at least have a working knowledge of how things work) it is still an issue of badillo doesn't know what to do. There are other financial issues out there also that they haven't addressed either.

It appears someone re-read my aforementioned emails. They are now wanting to acquire the old web site. I have talked to the INPG attorney, who I have a great deal of respect for, and that process is in the initial stages now. I also mentioned again that the GoodSearch money raising site is still in my name and Mr. Gilliland has graciously accepted that responsibility also, meaning ownership of it has been transferred to him and out of my name and address. Mr. Gilliland is the attorney for the INPG.

02/29/12

All transfer arrangement of files and ownership of the domain indianapatriotguard.org has been completed to the INPGR, Inc. via Mr. Gilliland. AGAIN - this is what I proposed many months ago. Now it took me only 5 days to get that done. The drama is not even dramatic anymore.

What kind of person would have a pet nickname for their spouse as "fuc$er"? The person in question calls his spouse that all the time as I and others have heard it many times.

A person who feels it is about him.

He doesn't allow the founding persons access to the official INPG facebook site by blocking them but yet welcomes back another person to that very same site who held a fraudulent bike raffle and at best lost $14,000 using the INPG name to raise that money in the scam. Such is his real character, albeit he does give great lip service to using the words 'honor and respect' but they are only words to an end to garner 'adoring fans' to him.
